Our Bio PhilosophyThe Zagari farm has in its DNA a particular ecological sensitivity combined with age-old traditions which manage to minimize the environmental impact of its facilities and their operation. The olives harvested exclusively by hand are cold pressed within 24 hours to maintain all the organoleptic characteristics of the product.
The Farm practices exclusively certified organic agriculture techniques and is subject to regular controls carried out periodically by the competent regional authorities (control body authorized by MIPAFF Bio - IT 006 Italian Agriculture - controlled operator n .RAA73)
