The Zagari Farm was founded in 2010. Whilst relatively new to the market the family have decades of experience in agriculture having cultivated many family estates. With a combination of old and new and respecting historic rural traditions as well as the use of the most current organic farming techniques the Zagari family cultivates centuries old olive trees, fruit trees and native vineyards in lands scattered between Calabria and Sicily. The Mediterranean sun provides their produce the intense flavors of the far South of Italy. Aromas and scents extend through the blooming land. Blessed with a temperate climate that adds vigor and taste, the fruit grown not only in compliance with strict organic practices but also with a deeply loving natural philosophy is treated with the respect that the world today finally realizes it deserves.
